I believe in the value of numbers. Not just numbers but also numbers part in life.
Numbers are, in my personal theory, life. Humans and animals all are numbered, whether by humans or God, it doesnt matter. Numbers have control of all of us. We have two cups of coffee in the morning, drive for thirty minutes to work, work for 9 hours at work, drive for forty minutes home, due to the number of cars, kiss our wife/fiancé once, our kids multiple times, eat one meal, brush our teeth numerous times, fall asleep counting sheep. See my point? Numbers and life could be taken to the extreme, in the case of Obsessive Compulsive people, and everything is counted, but those people just emphasize my point.
Numbers come in nine different shapes, no matter where a person is from. Zero to nine, then repeat with a one, ECT. Numbers are learned when children reach the kindergarten grade, as in the United States, or from their parents. Children grow up around numbers, learning how to count the number of parents they have, how many pennies are on the desk. Then when they grow up, they learn how to add and subtract numbers, and multiply and divide them, then how to apply them to whatever job they are doing. Numbers are in every job, they dont care if one is an engineer or an accountant or a writer. The person has so many cars to repair, how many customers the accountant has helped, or how many days writer has to write what he or she has to. They slip into ones daily life, like a virus, undetected but growing. Soon they will either kill him/her, or just make them sick, as in working with numbers all day in their job.
I believe in the value of numbers, their importance and curse in ones daily life. They make one feel at home, or in hell, or they do not even feel it. I believe that one day, numbers will bring the downfall of the human race. Whether if its the seven signs of the Apocalypse, or the number of people infected with an incurable virus. Numbers are part of so many things that people dont even realize it. Humans and animals do not even realize that even their days are numbered until they are faced with the fact. When someone gets cancer or start getting older, they realize that they have limited time to do things. And when they die, multiple babies are born to take their place. It is a cycle that will continue no matter what. Unless whatever created us, whether it a god or the God, or even an alien, decides to destroy the universe, numbers will continue to be influential in daily lives. God, god, or aliens will eventually bring an end to earth, the moon, pretty much everything; it is only a matter of time.
I also know that the Bible constantly is telling us numbers. The number of plagues, the number of the Beast, the number of angels that will pour out their bowls to bring the apocalypse, and the number of days Jesus was buried, ect. In the Protestant bible there are 66 books of the bible, in the Catholic bible there are 73 books. They have mostly the same names in the bible but obviously they have a different number of books. Forty different authors wrote the bible, and they have over eight hundred thousand words in the combined bible.
I believe in numbers because they have multiple meanings and they perforate life in multiple ways. I feel that humans have multiple things in life that mean different things, and that their actions perforate a different peoples lives in a number of different ways. One action doesnt have one simple meaning to different people. For example if you give two different homeless people ten dollars, one would probably think food! the other would think shoes! See how I mean? Humans have different mindsets in their lives, giving multiple views of actions and reactions of other people. This gives unique insights to life and how it works.
The number system is extremely important to day-to-day life here on earth. Letters and numbers are basically life. Whether you are religious or not, rich or poor, black or white, letters and numbers are some of the most important part about this life. That is why I believe in the value of numbers.
